Aaron's first business and entrepreneurial experience was In Music and Media, at the age of 21 Aaron joined a community course with Eastside Records (So you want to be a promoter), who had artist like Mike GLC and Dizzy Rascal on their roster at the time. He was mentored by club promoter Lloyd Life and DJ Spoony BBC Radio 2, whom after the course took under their wing at the start of his career in events promoting such artist concerts at prestigious venues like Hammersmith Palais, Hippodrome and Connaught rooms with acts like 112, Missy Elliot, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Jagged Edge, Method Man and Redman, Nas, Mobb Deep, Jodeci and more working with Sony/BMG. Aaron then began to organize his own VIP club nights in central London and helped to start a music magazine (D101) with his piers. After 10 years as an event manager and promoter. In 2010 he began his journey into music management and started chaperoning such super producers like "Harmony H-Money Samuels" but to name a few, whom at the time had signed to EMI/Darkchild "Rodney Jerkins" in 2009. From there Aaron started various businesses including Vidbiz Media (Video) content for talent, Distribution 101 music magazine and more. In 2014 Aaron acquired the taste for business in various other sectors knowing he could apply his earned promotion, marketing and management skills and decided to set up companies for other people that weren't so knowledgeable, within sectors including Mymedia101, Seal-Sixty Spray-foam insulations, Tasakav Containers (Modular) Outhouse builds, Krunch Gym Fitness (Management) and Personal Training, TAS Solutions Smart Technology Integration and many more.
